G.A.L.A.'s Homesteading & Cottage Industry Connection is program that promotes experiential learning of basic rural living skills like composting, sourdough baking, wool spinning, home-brewing, native foraging, basket weaving, and other activities that celebrate self-reliance and "green" living. G.A.L.A. partners with local "homesteaders" to offer a seasonal workshop designed to share these living skills in a way that is practical meaningful and fun!
