Join Global Awareness Local Action at the Downtown Grille for a viewing of the TED Video “How We Can Eat Our Landscapes” and a community discussion.

The video to be shown is a TED Talk given by Pam Warhurst of Todmorden, England, who is the founder of the Incredible Edible. “With energy and humor, Pam Warhurst tells at the TEDSalon the story of how she and a growing team of volunteers came together to turn plots of unused land into communal vegetable gardens, and to change the narrative of food in their community.”

Event starts at 6:30 PM.

Cost: $10, includes token for one free drink.

The Downtown Grille and Cafe will be have dinner for purchase, utilizing local ingredients.
