Are You Ready to Go Solar?

G.A.L.A. is considering becoming a Community Partner to Plymouth Area Renewable Energy Initiative (PAREI) and may begin offering the installation of solar hot water systems through “Energy Raisers”.

Energy Raisers are modeled after “barn-raising” following the tradition of neighbor helping neighbor.

The goals of the Energy Raisers are to: bring down costs of installation, educate the homeowners on how their systems work, develop a support network of knowledgeable families, provide local tradespeople an avenue to learn about installing renewable energy systems, and to have fun and to build community connections while we all strive to conserve fossil fuels and prepare for life in a renewable energy world.
