Join G.A.L.A. in celebrating sustainable community building while helping to raise funds to establish the area’s first Community Makerspace & Incubator!

The Benefit Dinner at East of Suez will take place on Wednesday, September 5th, 6-8pm at East of Suez Restaurant, where guests can enjoy the unique dining experience and delicious Southeast Asian fare, knowing that this year’s proceeds will go directly toward supporting G.A.L.A. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn more about the vision and plan for establishing the Makerspace and receive a project update.

Enjoy a night out with family and friends while supporting a great cause, celebrating ten years of G.A.L.A.’s work, and hearing what may be in store for the next ten years!

What’s on the menu you ask? There will be table tidbits of Kroepek Chips, Wasabi Peas, Suez Kettle Corn, passed Appetizers of Chicken Satay, Goat Cheese Rangoon, Sushi Rolls, and Indian Samosa pastries, followed by a full buffet with Green Salad, Seafood Red Curry, Philippine BBQ Chicken, Pad Thai Noodles, Roasted Local Vegetables & Yellow Rice Pilaf, plus a surprise dessert you will have to attend to find out!

G.A.L.A. and East of Suez will be working together by reaching out to area farms to source as many organic and local ingredients as feasible. As usual at East of Suez, it is a BYO beverage event.
