Six-hour mini course:  Wednesday, June 5 and 12, 2019
3:00 – 6:00 pm each day
at The Wolfeboro Inn & Tavern

Get ready for summer with Customer Service Essentials!  Participants will learn who the customer is, what customer expectations are and how to meet them.  As a result of this training, participants will start to become a skilled problem solver, and an effective communicator.  Learn how to provide a great customer experience, while resolving customer issues effectively.  There will be an opportunity for participants to work on specific customer service issues they are experiencing.  

This training is aimed at the hospitality and retail employees and can be applied to customer service in many fields.

Taught by LRCC’s Catherine Fuster, MBA, who has practiced customer service and training with over 300 businesses, from small stores to Fortune 500 companies.

This training is offered by Lakes Region Community College, in partnership with G.A.L.A. Makerspace and the Wolfeboro Inn.  The $180 training cost includes refreshments and supplies.  Pre-registration is required.   now – limited spaces!
