Use Less Plastic Day – Join Us!

On December 19th G.A..L.A., GMCG, and volunteers from Kingswood Regional High School will be participating by coming together to virtually connect with the premiere event in Italy while also hosting our own conversation about ways we can use less plastic at home, at work, at school, and at large.

In addition to the participatory dialog on plastic alternatives, attendees will also be involved in the hands-on activity of

a) making their own tote bag made from a recycled t-shirt
b) making recycled holiday wrapping paper with newspapers and block prints.

Light fare and refreshments will be served! Participants should bring T-shirt for the bag project and a mug for hot chocolate/tea.
Limited space, reserve your spot today! Arrive after 2:35 to avoid bus traffic and park near the middle school main entrance.  Due to school policy, anyone interested in attending should REGISTER HERE.  Suggested donation is $15.
