Oysters Rockefeller, smoked trout, antipasta, lamb curry, pulled pork, misc flatbreads, and grilled plum drizzled with a balsamic reduction, are all just a glimpse into the gourmet menu that made G.A.L.A.’s first House Party fundraiser, on May 4th, a huge success.
The cuisine bar has been set high thanks to Kim McArdle, a professional chef and friend of G.A.L.A. board member Scott Travis. Kim traveled all the way from Cape Cod to generously share her culinary expertise that made G.A.L.A.’s first ever House Party fundraiser spectacularly delicious. Kim’s passion for food runs deeper than just the pallet. Being part of the Slow Foods Cape Cod chapter, Kim helps the community take the time to bring joy into everyday meals, know where our food comes from – eat local and experience the superior taste of dishes prepared with fresh, in season, ingredients, while preserving regional heritage. Clearly you can see why Kim was the PERFECT MATCH for a G.A.L.A. House Party!!!
